Who are we

Aleksandar Trifunovic: Career Planner and Finance Expert.

After being part of the youth team of football club, Hannover 96, the then 18-year-old transferred to the third highest German league. Under the supervision of Dieter Schatzschneider he gained his first experience in senior football at the football club, Sportfreunde Ricklingen. Spending a further three years at Arminia Hannover in the third and fourth divisions, convinced him to take a different path, rather than striving for a professional career. Thus, he attended training to become a real estate agent and following this successfully completed a degree in economics at University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Hannover (Hochschule Hannover) and UC Berkeley. His studies particularly focussed on assets and financial management, as well as company development. Thus, this knowledge benefits both players’ asset planning, as well as clubs in the optimisation of processes and company development.

Davorin Glisic: Networker and Professional Negotiator

At the age of 16, he made his début in the then Yugoslavian premier league at the football club Mogren Budva. From under-13 to under-17 he was in the pool for the junior national team and transferred in 1996 to Standard Lüttich as one of Yugoslavia’s greatest talents. However, numerous injuries prevented his breakthrough, and following a brief return to the Yugoslavian premier league led to the end of his career as a player. Both the positive and negative experiences shaped him and strengthened his desire to support young players on the rocky path to success. Players benefit not only from his personal professional experience, but also from an outstanding network and exceptional negotiation skills.

Ivan Pavlovic: Football Analyst and Talent Scout

With a trained eye for talent, he is responsible for scouting. He is mainly responsible for our database, not only assessing the abilities of young talents, but also personal qualities, that are advantageous for a professional career. As a result, clubs obtain a better overview of players upon which integration and individual support can be based. Moreover, clubs can benefit from his expertise in player analysis, in order to evaluate the qualities of opposing teams or special, individual players. His special analytical abilities help to reveal strengths and weaknesses, and advance in a solution-oriented manner.
